Appointment Fees All consultation and appointment fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to approval. Service Fees All service fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and services have commenced. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation. We are not responsible for delays or negative outcomes caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. No Guarantee of Outcome We provide consulting and advisory services only and do not guarantee approval of any application, visa, or immigration outcome. Disputes Clients agree to contact us directly first to resolve any concerns before raising any dispute.
