For Agencies, Counsellors & Educators

Have Applicants Looking to Study, Work or Settle Abroad? Partner With ICG Globe.

If you regularly meet students or professionals who need help with Canadian immigration or global study and work visas, ICG Globe gives you a licensed, reliable place to send them โ€” with transparent status updates and a referral reward for every case that converts.

Why This Exists

You already have the applicants. We handle what comes next.

A lot of education counsellors, HR consultants, travel agents and smaller immigration practices run into the same wall: they meet people who need visa or immigration help, but don't have the in-house RCIC licensing, legal capacity, or bandwidth to take the case through to filing. Rather than turning that person away โ€” or handing them off to someone you can't vouch for โ€” our Partner Program gives you a named point of contact at a licensed RCIC firm, a clear process, and a referral reward once the case moves forward.

Who This Is For

If any of this sounds like you, this program is built for you

Education Consultants

Overseas Education Consultants & IELTS/PTE Coaching Centres

You already advise students on where to study โ€” but once they need an actual visa filed, or want to understand PR pathways after graduation, you need a licensed partner you can hand that part to with confidence.

HR & Recruitment

HR Consultants & Recruitment Agencies

You place candidates with employers who need work permits, LMIA support, or PNP nominations. We handle the immigration side so you can focus on the placement itself.

Travel & Visa Agents

Travel Agents & Visitor Visa Services

You’re often the first person someone asks when they mention wanting to study, work or settle abroad. Refer that conversation to us and stay the trusted contact without taking on a case you’re not licensed to file.

Other Agencies & Individuals

Smaller Immigration Practices, Community Leaders & Independent Referrers

Whether you’re a smaller firm needing overflow capacity on complex Canadian files, a community or alumni association regularly fielding immigration questions, or simply someone whose friends and family keep asking “do you know a good consultant?” โ€” there’s a place for you in this program.

A simple, four-step process from referral to resolution

01

You make the introduction

Send us the applicant’s name, contact details, and a short note on what they’re looking for โ€” by email, phone, or our partner intake form below. That’s the extent of what’s required from you.

02

We take it from there

A licensed RCIC consultant reaches out directly to the applicant, reviews their eligibility, and manages the entire process โ€” assessment, documentation, and filing.

03

You stay informed

We keep you updated on where the case stands, so you’re never left guessing what happened to someone you referred.

04

You're recognized for the referral

Once the case moves forward with us, your referral is acknowledged with a thank-you reward โ€” the exact structure is confirmed when you join the program, since it can vary by case type and volume.

Why partners choose to keep sending us their referrals

  • โœ“ Every file is reviewed and handled by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licensed by the CICC (#R709937) โ€” not an unlicensed agent.
  • โœ“ You get a named point of contact at ICG Globe, not a generic inbox.
  • โœ“ We never go around you to try to “own” the relationship with your applicant behind your back.
  • โœ“ Coverage across Canada, study/work pathways to the UK, Europe, UAE and beyond โ€” so most referrals have somewhere to go, even outside Canada.
  • โœ“ Offices and teams in Toronto, Udaipur and Hong Kong, so language and time zone are rarely a barrier.

    FAQS

    Referral Program questions

Is there any cost to becoming a referral partner?

    +

No. There’s no fee or obligation to join โ€” you simply send over applicants when it makes sense, and there’s no minimum number required.

What does the referral reward actually look like?

    +

It varies depending on the type and volume of cases you refer, so we confirm the specifics directly with you once you join โ€” we’d rather be upfront about this on a call than make a vague promise here.

Will I lose touch with the applicant once I refer them?

    +

No. We keep you updated on case progress, and we don’t try to cut you out of the relationship. You stay the trusted contact who made the introduction.

Can I refer someone who isn't interested in Canada specifically?

    +

Yes. Beyond Canadian immigration, we also support study and work visa pathways to the UK, Europe, the UAE and other destinations through our global partner network.

What if the applicant I refer isn't actually eligible for anything?

    +

That’s fine โ€” we’ll tell them (and you) honestly if we don’t see a viable pathway right now, rather than taking on a case that isn’t likely to succeed. No referral is wasted; it just may not convert.

How do I actually send a referral once I'm part of the program?

    +

Once you’re onboarded, you’ll have a direct contact (phone and email) to send referrals to โ€” no portal or paperwork required on your end.
