These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by ICG Globe Immigration Consultancy (“ICG Globe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a consultation, making a payment, or commencing any service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Appointment and Consultation Fees
All consultation and appointment fees are non-refundable.
Any request to reschedule an appointment must be made in advance and is subject to approval and availability.
2. Service Fees
All service fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and the relevant services have commenced.
Clients should ensure that they understand the nature and scope of the service before making payment.
3. Coupons and Promotional Offers
Any promotional code, discount, or coupon is valid only when it has been directly offered or authorized by an official ICG Globe representative.
ICG Globe reserves the right to reject or cancel any coupon or promotional code that has not been officially issued or authorized by the company.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, ICG Globe may, at its sole discretion, consider providing a refund, partial refund, or service credit.
Any such consideration does not create an obligation to provide a refund or credit in similar circumstances.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, current, and timely information and documentation.
ICG Globe is not responsible for delays, additional costs, refusals, or other negative outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or late information or documentation provided by the client.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing documents and information provided to them and promptly notifying ICG Globe of any errors or changes.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
ICG Globe provides immigration consulting, study abroad consulting, and related advisory services.
We do not guarantee the approval of any application, study permit, work permit, visitor visa, permanent residence application, admission application, or other immigration or educational outcome.
All decisions relating to immigration applications, visas, permits, admissions, and related matters are made by the relevant government authority, educational institution, or other decision-making body.
7. General Advisory Disclaimer
Any advice or information provided during a consultation is general in nature and is based on the information and circumstances made available to us at the time of the consultation.
If a client independently acts on advice provided during a consultation or chooses to proceed with a do-it-yourself (“DIY”) application, ICG Globe is not responsible for the resulting outcome.
When ICG Globe formally handles an application, we may consider additional factors, updated regulations, supporting evidence, and other circumstances through a more comprehensive review of the client’s case. These factors may not be fully addressed during an initial consultation.

Clients agree to contact ICG Globe directly and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve any concern before initiating a formal dispute or proceeding through another dispute-resolution process.

By booking a consultation, making a payment, or commencing any service with ICG Globe, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not book a consultation or commence services with ICG Globe.
